Application BIRD ADOPTION APPLICATION: Sorry, A-Parrot's actual Adoption Application is NOT on the web. We will mail it to you after you go thru A-Parrot's email pre-determination process first. There is a very small application fee to cover the processing of your application also. Out interviews will explain in detail. A-Parrot to A-Flamingo, Inc., Parrot Rescue needs to get to know you and your birds first before we offer anyone an application. Our rescue Parrots are only adopted out to experienced Parrot owners who can supply us with a proof receipt of their Parrot ownership. We can explain during our interviews. If you are interested in a cockatiel or smaller bird, there is no proof receipt necessary. But there is still a brief email interview, etc. Please read all of our webpages here before you email us.
